After a bidding procedure, the company “Albrail” sh.pk and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, on 04 February 2016 enter into the Concession / Public Private Partnership (ROT) Contract for the Rehabilitation, Operation and Transfer of Fier-Vlora & Fier-Ballsh Railway Infrastructure”.
Based on and for the implementation of the Concession Contract, the company Albrail sh.p.k took over in 2017 the railway infrastructure in the concession area, thus opening the way for the complete rehabilitation of the line Fier – Vlora and Fier – Ballsh.
